KREMER HOWARD U., M.D. died Dec. 16, 2010. Born Dec. 21,
1917 in Philadelphia. Son of David and Minna Kremer .
Graduate of University of Pennsylvania and its School of Medicine. Served in
the Army Medical Corps in Europe during World War II, then in the Reserves
retiring at the rank of Colonel. Practiced medicine in Philadelphia and was
President of the Phila-delphia County Medical Society, 1984-85. Surviving are
his wife, Geraldine ; daughters: Vivian Kremer
, Cathey Billian and Cyndi Stern; sons: David and Matthew Kremer
; 6 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and sister, Adele Breslow. Donations

KREMER , Dr. Howard U.
Howard U. Kremer , M.D. of Village Gate, Scott Swamp Road,
Farmington, died Thursday (December 16, 2010). Born in Philadelphia, PA, he
was the son of the late David and Minna (Garber) Kremer . He
was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania
School of Medicine. A US Army veteran, he served in the Army Medical Corps in
the European Theatre in World War II, and thereafter in the U.S. Army
Reserves, retiring with the rank of Colonel. He then practiced internal
medicine in Philadelphia throughout his career, serving as President of the
Philadelphia Medical Society, 1984-85. Upon his retirement, he and his wife, Geraldine
, moved to Farmington. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine
(Billian) Kremer ; three daughters: Vivian Kremer
of San Francisco, CA, Cathey Billian of New York, NY, and Cyndi Stern of
Farmington; two sons: David Kremer of San Francisco, CA, and
Matthew Kremer , of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren; one
great grandchild; and a sister, Adele Breslow of Roscoe, NY.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday (December 19, 2010) at 10
a.m. at the Riverside Cemetery, Farmington with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett
